September to Remember

Now playing: dUmb - n!rv@n@

Currently reading Karl Marx, right now the manifesto, then waiting for Das Kapital to arrive from Thriftbooks.

I mean the dude has some interesting thoughts and ideas about the origins and maintenance of class/civil structure and the societal implications of that but have to return this thought once I have finished the manifesto + the April Theses from Lenin.

I don't know, I get a lot of flack for copping out to subscribing to a particular political opinion, but I am not a political scientist or theorist (at this time) I mean I haven't had the chance to touch David Hume yet, I'm just getting to the place where I can understand where someone like Marx or Lenin is coming from. Then you have the other side of the spectrum with the Evola's and Caesarists of the world. Who am I to know or say what is right or wrong???

I believe it in all of our best interest to pursue education and pursue it to the fullest, to not just do a google search and run with what is appealing, the truth can be ugly and hurt, the truth can also be beautiful and bring comfort. I am seeking some kind of greater understanding, and I will delay any political alignment in that teleological sense until I feel I have a grasp on it. If you have a problem, that's okay I still love you.

Most, I feel, don't have a true understanding of collectivism and I am included in that, so before passing any kind of praise or judgement, it is necessary I do the research? no?

Anyhow... September will be a month to remember. Joining the Court Astrologer in the journey of peak sobriety, September is fight camp month. I will not be drinking alcohol, limiting my cigarette habit to a pack a week, 3 mile run in the mornings, conditioning workout in the evenings, 200 pushups, 200 situps, 500 crunches throughout the day, decent diet, low cortisol overall.

My proclivity is to say that these things are rather unnecessary but I do know that a complete month of accomplishment will bring me the fervor and grit to make it through the winter. WINTER IS COMING, and I am here to stay.

On another note, juggling is so interesting, and in a way we are all in a circus. The balancing act, the tight rope, is this not the most personified interpretation of our daily existence, we're playing the game and we make it look so easy.

A conversation, a negotiation, everything is negotiable, because anyone would for the right person. Ask and you shall receive, knock and the door will be opened for you.

What I am outlining is that, maintain, you must maintain, we feel threats to our personal atmosphere constantly, and the only way to deter these threats is through actual deterrence opposed to people pleasing. Define who you are, sit with it a while, stick with it even longer, and make adjustments, call an audible where necessary. To have an idea and embark upon an idea of who you are is the greatest gift one can give oneself.

At times, whether professional, romantic, or artistically we are challenged on a basis of thought, AND IN THE MOST SIMPLE WAYS. How often does someone say a simple thing to you and hours, days, weeks later you look back and question their true intention behind what they meant, maybe a kabbalistic view, but majority of phrases, sayings, sentences, or idea-sharings are multi-faceted, have dual meanings, and are readily open to expression.

As most, yes I am at times disappointed when I think someone is hiding a deeper meaning only to find the water is just shall enough to cover 3/4 of my foot (not even the whole foot which is annoying because like dang I can't put my socks back on but my feet aren't fully wet?!) but the meaning is open to the listener reader and observer.

I think often about the person who designed the stop sign, of who the designer, I have not a clue! but the beauty to think that may have been someone's life work. Contemplation... To Be Continued...

Say your piece. It goes up right away; I sweep the room afterwards, and anything cruel or unlawful comes down.
